Inspired by his own frustrating experience recovering lost money, Will co-founded Sparrow to build a better way. As CEO, he directs company strategy, drawing on his expertise in finance and operations. Previously, he managed products at River Financial and served on the investment team at Republic. Will earned his degree in Finance and Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Co-founder & CTO · New York, NY
As Co-founder & CTO, Jack leads Sparrow's engineering team and technical vision. He honed his skills in rapid product development as the Founding Engineer at an early-stage payments startup and as a Software Engineer at Square. Jack holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Computer Information Science from the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated with highest honors and won multiple engineering awards.
Head of Claims Operations · New York, NY
Matt is the Head of Claims Operations at Sparrow. He has a background in government relations, customer service, and casework. Before joining Sparrow, he served in the Peace Corps in Zambia, where he taught English, started after-school programs, and helped build a community library. Previously, he was a Caseworker and Field Representative for his hometown Congressman, Andy Kim, where he advocated for constituents and helped expedite outcomes with federal agencies. Matt is an Eagle Scout and holds a B.A. in World Politics from Hamilton College.
Head of Client Success · New York, NY
Michael is the Head of Client Success at Sparrow, where he guides claimants through the process from start to finish. He works directly with individuals to answer questions, explain requirements, and make what can often feel like a confusing bureaucratic process much easier to understand. With a background in client service and financial services, Michael focuses on giving each claimant clear guidance and hands-on support throughout the recovery process.

Sparrow holds a Private Security License issued by the Texas Department of Public Safety. This license authorizes us to conduct professional investigations and asset recovery services throughout the state.
